 CadoCure® Shipping Policy
At CadoCure®, LLC, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably—so you can experience relief One Spray at a Time™.
Shipping Rates:

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping:

Hawaii (Inter-Island): $8 flat rate

U.S. Mainland: $12 flat rate

FREE Shipping: On all orders $75 or more

For faster shipping options i.e. UPS or FedEx, the difference in costs will be charged as additional fees. Example: A purchased amount exceeds $75 and the customer wants us to use FedEx to ship their product. If FedEx fees at the time were $20, the customer pays $20-$12= $8.00. Or, if the purchase amount is less than $75, and the customer lives on the US Continent and elects FedEx to ship their product, the customer pays $12(flat-fee)+$20 (FedEx)= $32.00.
Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Product deliveries subject to elected shipping methods (Inter-island and US Mainland- Ground Shipping only).

Delivery Estimates:

Hawaii (Inter-Island): 3-7 business days.

U.S. Mainland: 2-3 weeks (Ask for available CadoCure Outlet in/nearby).

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions.
Shipping Carriers:

CadoCure ships via trusted carriers such as: USPS, UPS, FedEx. Carrier selection is based on accessibility, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Shipping Notes:

CadoCure products are classified as topical solutions and is limited to specific shipping regulations. All packages are prepared and labeled in accordance with applicable shipping standards. We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships,  you will receive a tracking number via email. Note: Incorrect Address will create Delivery Issues: CadoCure is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses will be charged to the purchaser.  Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
